JN Belts collects information you provide during account creation, checkout, support requests, customization, and optional marketing signup. This can include your name, email, shipping address, order details, uploaded files, and marketing preferences.
Payment card and wallet details are handled by Stripe Checkout and are not stored by JN Belts.

Promotional email is optional. Creating an account or placing an order does not automatically subscribe you unless you select the optional marketing consent. JN Belts records that preference in your account, and you may withdraw it from your account, use the unsubscribe link in a promotional email, or contact support.
A promotion can be sent only after the owner deliberately approves a campaign, and only to verified members whose consent is active. Suppressed, bounced, complained, and unsubscribed addresses are excluded.
Supabase supports customer accounts and store records, Stripe handles hosted payments, and Cloudflare provides site hosting and private customization-file storage. JN Belts shares only the information each provider needs to perform its service. Customer lists are not sold.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, withdraw marketing consent, or ask questions about data handling by contacting support.
Supabase provides account and data-access controls, Stripe handles payment information on its hosted checkout, and Cloudflare stores customization files. Abandoned customization uploads become eligible for removal after seven days and are cleared during upload activity or secure maintenance; artwork attached to a paid custom order is retained for production and order support. Other information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for orders, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and support.
